Training Course in Portugal on Sustainable Living and Healthy Eating

This training course is dedicated to youth workers who want to deepen their knowledge and skills in the field of sustainable living, plant-based diets, and youth engagement through local and European projects. The project will focus on sustainable food practices, the environmental impact of dietary choices, and the farm-to-fork strategy in the context of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Objectives of the training:

Equip youth workers with tools to promote healthy and sustainable eating habits among young people

Strengthen European values through intercultural learning and cooperation

Build practical skills in communication, advocacy, and project planning related to sustainability

Encourage active participation in local communities through awareness-raising activities

Participants who can communicate in English and are ready to attend the full training course
